GRA Global Retailing Course Developer

 We are Giant Retail Academy(GRA). The global retail training department in Giant Group. We act as the bridge between the Brands(GIANT、Liv、CADEX、Momentum) and the retail channels to educate and support our global sales companies and retailers to have a better understanding and deeper insight of our products, technologies, designs, and cyclists' needs, so as to help customers to have a better cycling experience and bring the vision of Giant Group into the real world.   

The job role and content :

1. Course development for global retail learning and training

2. Assist various countries to introduce internal lecturer mechanism

3. Responsible for course shooting output and high content quality

4. Assist various countries in establishing complete physical and digital training models

5. Course operation management of global online platform

6. Course pre-work, purchase of training equipment and asset management

•  1. Love the culture of riding sports, and have a high degree of interest in learning bicycle-related products      
•  2. Like to interact with people, have a passionate attitude and sense of responsibility     
•  3. Teaching plan experiences, able to understand and plan required teaching courses for students of different functions in retail stores     
•  4. Have a systematic view of work, planning and organization skills, writing copywriting, interviewing and editing skills
  5. Active, love to learn and have the ability to communicate and coordinate      
•  6. Patient, careful and able to work independently
