GliaCloud focuses on innovative AI video solutions, with a young, flat, and international team serving clients across Japan, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, the US, and more.
We’re looking for passionate, motivated talents to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge AI technologies, gain real international business experience, and open the door to a bigger stage for your career.

【Responsibilities】

1. Product & Business Development
- Understand GliaCloud’s AI video-generation products and key applications.
- Identify potential clients and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support structured business development activities.

2. Client Support & Performance Analysis
- Track advertising performance and provide clear, data-driven insights.
- Assist clients in planning optimization strategies.

3. Market & Proposal Preparation
- Research industry trends and analyze client needs.
- Prepare proposal decks and join meetings with local and overseas clients.

4. Events & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions and marketing events, both domestic and international.

5. Project Coordination
- Help manage project tasks and follow up on progress to ensure timely delivery.

【Requirements】
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Proficient in Japanese, JLPT N2 or above (please attach your JLPT certificate when applying). Business-level Japanese experience is a plus.
3. Basic experience in proposal and plan writing. Please provide samples of past work (e.g., PPTs, proposals, plans) along with your resume.
4. Experience in English business communication is a plus.

【工作內容】
1. 深入了解 GliaCloud 的 AI 影片生成技術與應用,開發潛在客戶,推薦合適的解決方案,並以系統化方式推動業務成長。
2. 追蹤及分析廣告成效,提供專業的客戶諮詢,協助制訂優化策略。
3. 分析產業脈動及客戶需求,準備簡報提案,與海內外客戶進行會議。
4. 支援國內外展覽、行銷活動之規劃與執行。
5. 協助專案執行與進度追蹤,確保專案如期完成。 6. 主管交辦或其他相關任務。


*此職位需要先進行英文遠端筆試,投遞前請先考慮清楚喔!

【必備條件】
1.大學以上應屆畢業可
2.精通日文,日文檢定 N2 以上 (應徵時請附上日文檢定),有日文商用經驗加分
3.具有基礎提案、計畫書撰寫能力 (應徵時請和履歷一併提供過去的作品: PPT、提案、計畫書…)
4.具有英文商業應用經驗加分

具備證照: TOEFL、TOEIC (多益測驗)、IELTS (雅思考試)免費模擬試題檢測
其他條件:
1. At least 2 years of sales experience in the internet industry, with a proven track record.
2. Proficient in Thai and able to communicate in Chinese or English for business purposes. Relevant language certifications must be provided.
3. Demonstrated success in developing new business and clear proposal-making ability.
4. Strong team player with a track record of achieving operational and performance goals every quarter.
5. Possess time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and complete them within specified timelines.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
