We are looking for a People & HR Business Partner who is excited to help build an organization that thrives in the AI era.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of HR or People Operations experience who is curious, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new tools — including AI — to improve how teams work.
You will work closely with leadership and team managers to support hiring, people development, and organizational growth, while helping the company build a culture of ownership, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Partner with team leaders to support hiring and talent development
Improve and scale people operations processes as the company grows
Use AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve HR workflows and productivity
Support performance management and career development
Help managers build effective teams and strengthen leadership capability
Contribute to building a culture of learning, ownership, and adaptability
Help the organization navigate changes driven by AI and evolving industry dynamics
3–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles
Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in startups or technology companies is a plus
Fluent in English
