About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential new graduate to join our business team as a Management Associate.
This is a fast-learning, high-impact role where you will work on real projects, apply AI tools, and support business development (BD) initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Support business development (BD) initiatives, including partner outreach, market expansion, and client engagement
Apply AI tools / agents to optimize workflows, analyze data, and generate market insights
Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making
Collaborate with sales, product, and partnership teams to execute high-impact projects
Learn to identify problems and drive solutions independently
Gain exposure to international markets and leadership-level projects

Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduate (0–2 years) from any discipline
Hands-on experience with AI tools / agents (internship, school project, hackathon)
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Self-driven, ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is NOT required)
Bonus: Third language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or others)
