Job responsibilities:
- Work with product management, development, and engineering teams to design products and identify requirements
- Competitor research and analysis
- Participate in the creation of the necessary new processes and tools to support the needs and requirements of fast-growing businesses
- Incorporate requirements from external parties to assess the impact on project timelines and deliverables
- Balance business needs and technical capabilities
- Break down complex tasks into manageable parts and prioritize to achieve business goals
- Ensure tracking of status, issues, and risks and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, technical project management or related roles
- Previous software development experience is preferred
- Good communication skills to promote projects, both internal and external
- Learn about the advantages of Bitcoin, blockchain or cryptocurrency
- Ability to quickly change and develop technology
- Working knowledge of the transaction or post-transaction system, payment system or financial processing system
- Start work experience is a plus
- FinTech's experience is a big plus
- Previous bitcoin, blockchain and/or encryption experience is a big plus
- With more than 2 years of experience in exchanges or related blockchain industry
