Team: Operation–HR
Position Background:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and act a critical role in managing all HR shared services and talent acquisition functions for the company. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building and scaling HR processes and practices to support the growth of the business.
As a HR Generalist with GoSky HR Team, your day-to-day responsibilities will:
● Manage all HR shared services, including onboard, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management.
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with, included but not limited to, the HR team, with a focus on agility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of our startup.
● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and offering to onboard management.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies of the positions and to create/improve job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the needs of the position and the company, with a focus on attracting top talent in the MarTech industry.
● Ensure that all recruiting and hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
● Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date, leveraging technology to streamline the hiring process.
● Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including
performance management, employee relations, and training and development, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
● Ensure that all HR data is accurate and up-to-date in the HRIS system, leveraging data and analytics to drive HR decision-making.
● Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to ensure that they are agile, scalable, and aligned with the company’s mission, value, culture, and career growth internally.
We Expect You Have These Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1+ years of experience in HR shared services and talent acquisition in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
● Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to optimize HR processes.
● Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS software, and other HR technologies and platforms.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with an ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
● Contribute to organizational processes improvement with back office team, such as COO, HRBP Manager, and Finance Team, and guide Tech Team to understand, follow, and improve them.

● 為所有空缺職位管理完整的招募過程,包括尋找、篩選、面試、選擇候選人和提供入職管理。
● 與 HRBP Manager 及用人主管合作,定義職位的核心能力,創立/調整職位描述和職位刊登,準確反映職位和公司的需求,重點吸引市場技術產業的頂尖人才。
● 確保所有著招募和聘用合規,且優化整體流程。
● 管理應徵者追踪系統,確保所有候選人面試狀態資訊準確並即時更新,運用技術優化招募流程。
● 為經理和夥伴提供有關人力資源的支援,包括績效管理、員工關係和培訓發展,重點促進持續學習和成長的文化。
● 確保所有人力資源數據在人力資源資訊系統中準確且即時更新,運用數據和分析推動人力資源決策。
● 持續評估和改進人力資源流程,以確保其具有靈活性並與公司的使命、價值觀、文化和內部人才發展策略保持一致
我們期待你擁有下列關鍵經驗:
● 擁有人力資源、商業管理或相關領域的學士學位,或相關人力資源經驗。
● 在快節奏、科技驅動的環境中擁有1年以上的人力資源共享服務和人才招聘經驗或相關經驗。
● 具備人力資源政策、程序和實踐的意識與心態,並有興趣利用技術優化人力資源流程。
● 具有人力資源系統和其他人力資源平台操作的經驗。
● 具有良好的溝通、人際關係和組織能力,能夠與跨職能團隊合作。
● 能夠在快節奏、快速變化的環境中獨立工作和與他人協作。
● 具有良好的細節管理能力,並能在以數據為基礎、以結果為導向的文化中優先安排任務。
● 與後勤團隊(如 COO、HRBP 和財務團隊)共同改善組織流程,並引導團隊了解、執行和改善這些流程。
