CRM & Email Marketing Specialist 客戶經營暨行銷專員



As the CRM & Email Marketing Manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and database management. You will also conduct data analysis to inform strategic decisions by key product, sales, and marketing stakeholders across the company. You manage the relationship between marketing and sales to ensure that our marketing technology is optimized to deliver and nurture the highest quality leads.

● Manage technical aspects of Gogoro marketing systems (currently Hubspot) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and owners.
● Provide strategic leadership on direction of the email marketing program, including email template design, dynamic email personalization, content strategy, mobile optimization, and coordination with other digital channels
● Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in inbound marketing campaigns and customer management.
● Build email marketing content to entire email customer journey, including pre-sales, post test ride, purchase, and post-purchase service & upsells workflows.
● Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
● Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
● Test and tweak workflow logic for most effective lead nurturing.
● Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
● Work with sales and business intelligence to optimize Hubspot’s sales and marketing automation tool on a daily basis.

● 3+ years experience in email marketing or equivalent.
● Expert in email best practices including contact strategies, design, A/B testing, delivery and deliverability issues, CAN-SPAM compliance and related rules, customer segmentation, and analytics/performance management
● Previous email marketing & acquisition experience, working with creative development and campaign analysis experience are all required.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis. Able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
● Proficiency in email marketing, content management systems, and marketing automation technology technologies.
● Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
● Experience with Hubspot a plus.
