10. An understanding of programming concepts and experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.
11. Experience with software unit and integration testing.
12. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent preferred.
13. At least five years of experience in the given business function, two years of experience with any CRM solutions, and two complete CRM solution implementations.
14. Five years of experience in a relevant functional area, such as marketing, operations, sales, marketing, logistics.
15. Familiarity with automobile industry is a plus.
