Job Description

1. Design and implement strategic learning & development programs with multi-faceted learning strategies to maximize effectiveness. This includes full cycle development from concept to implementation with consultations, project management, oversight of the development of eLearning modules, participant guides, job aids, etc. and personal creation of content.
2. Lead team members in the design, planning and coordination of learning activities, leveraging their strengths and development interests.
3. Coach leaders to equip them with the skills and behaviors to lead their teams and optimize results, including coaching on formal development goals and 360 feedback tools.
4. Related management duties including execution on budget, resource planning, participation in wider strategy development and brainstorming sessions, etc.

擅長工具:MS Office, Apple Keynote,LMS
工作技能:教材製作、Excel分析
其他條件:擅於人際關係管理、變革管理。有培訓相關證照及授課經驗。

Salary Range

NT$ 1,120,000 - 1,400,000 (Annual Salary)
