1. Responsible for improving the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet business operational objectives and goals
2. Manage strategic projects to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and reduce waste
3. Facilitates teams and insures all improvements are sustained and continuously improved.
4. Work with service team to ensure the operational processes and SOP are properly documented and correctly deployed to field.
5. Oversee service team to continuously improve operational efficiency, sales & service productivity and customer satisfaction.
6. Cowork with IT team to establish the required system/tool to facilitate operations.
