Digital Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager

工作內容

This is a senior role based in Taipei who is to lead a team of digital marketing professionals to deliver highly engaging content and engagement opportunities to our target audience. Driven by data, he or she is to develop and implement a digital engagement strategy that would enable Greenpeace to achieve its fundraising and campaign ambition in Taiwan. He or she would also provide high-level advice to senior executives on how best to adapt digital solutions across various marketing touch points to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

Besides marketing expertise, he or she is also expected to have a basic understanding in the nature of advocacy work and activism, and possess the ability to narrate and communicate Greenpeace’s campaign and mission in a manner that would resonate with the values of our supporters and target audience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a data-driven strategy that would increase the organization’s understanding and knowledge in our supporters’ demography and interests, and provide a corresponding recommendation to improve the content and online presence;
  • Manage the creation of professional, engaging and creative content for digital channels to communicate Greenpeace’s mission, vision and campaigns;
  • Manage and coach a team of digital professionals, foster a culture of creativity, smart risk-taking and collaboration, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in different departments and teams;
  • Oversee a broad range of digital engagement systems and tools that fulfil the organisation’s ambition in engaging its supporters and make recommendation for enhancement where appropriate.
