PURPOSE and SCOPE OF THE JOB
Greenpeace East Asia (GPEA) is a leading environmental campaigning organization, working with supporters in East Asia and globally to tackle the most crucial environmental crises affecting the region and the world. As part of the Fundraising & Engagement (FR&E) department, the role of Systems Project Manager - Salesforce Developer is responsible for the development and delivery of key data and engagement systems projects that underpin and support the organization's ambitious supporter engagement and digital transformation plans. 

The primary focus of this role will be on leading and managing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud development projects. There will also be other technology projects including (but not limited to) the enterprise data warehouse, reporting and analytics platform, Wordpress website etc. 

This role will continuously identify system development needs that will add business value and improve cost and operational efficiency. This role will ensure the successful implementation and delivery of systems projects on budget and schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptual tasks, Strategy development and Project management: 
● Develop business cases for seeking project funding, and project documentation such as project plans, scoping documents, etc.
● Manage stakeholders and facilitate consultations with clear objectives and outcomes.
● Identify and analyse the business requirements and system development needs that align with the digital transformation goals and organisational strategy.

Implementation:
● Ensure projects are delivered successfully according to business/user requirement, schedule and budget.
● Plan and manage resource requirements for each project.
● Lead and manage system development and deployment with other colleagues and technical vendors / developers.
● Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing.
● Produce comprehensive documentation, guides and process maps etc.

Support/Coaching/Leadership:
● Lead relevant regional project teams.
● Support and coach end users in the use of systems and tools.
● Facilitate user training as required.
● Strengthen the system/data/business knowledge and project management capability of the organisation.

Compliance and Administration:
● Ensure systems are developed according to industry best practice and standards.
● Measure and report on key performance indicators and benefits for the projects.
● Prepare commercial agreement and purchase order.
● Submit and track invoices.

條件要求

SKILL & EXPERTISE REQUIRED
● Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex technology projects as a practitioner for at least 2 years or more.
● Qualification, knowledge and experience in Project Management such as Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, etc.
● Expert developer knowledge and/or experience in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and/or Marketing Cloud System. Certification would be highly regarded. (Declarative development skills such as Lightning App Builder, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Experience Builder and Report Builder)
● Proficiency in Salesforce programming development skills including APEX, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) / Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, API programming and Javascript.
● Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
● Fluency in written and spoken English.
● Knowledge and/or experience in business administration, including contractual skills to organize contractors and technical vendors
● Knowledge and/or experience in managing enterprise data warehouse and reporting system projects would be an advantage
● Knowledge and/or experience in producing technical documentation
