工作內容:

  • 帶領行銷團隊,持續優化廣告、社群、內容行銷策略,確保 B2B 及 B2C 市場用戶穩定成長以及建立明確的品牌風格和聲量
  • 充分理解產業趨勢,負責洽談異業合作機會,理解客戶需求並提供完整、可行的提案,領導團隊順暢完成合作內容
  • 與市場開發團隊、產品團隊密切溝通,依據公司商業策略、產品發展時程安排適合的行銷推廣模式
  • 制定行銷團隊目標及 KPI,持續提供團隊成員反饋、指引和鼓勵,協助團隊達成目標
  • 不斷更新最新行銷趨勢、作法,帶領團隊優化現有模式
  • 負責公關活動、新聞稿的策劃,包含異業合作、產品發布等新聞活動、中英文新聞稿撰寫與發佈
  • 定期檢視各項行銷渠道表現,包含數據及質量分析,快速發現問題以及機會點

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the marketing department - help achieve user and revenue growth, build strong brand identity.
  • Manage affiliate marketing and brand co-op campaigns, including identifying target customers, negotiating price, and providing proposals. Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Product and Business Development team to provide marketing strategies that best fit business priorities and product roadmap.
  • Responsible for PR related work, including writing press releases and holding PR events for product launch/business cooperation etc.
  • Collaborate with overseas marketing to ensure a consistent brand image, and continually check and share successful strategies.
  • Continue to update the team on the newest marketing tactics
  • Set marketing goals and KPIs, consistently coach, motivate and empower team members to reach set goals.
  • Check all marketing channels’ performance periodically, including qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify issues and opportunities.

  • 2 年以上行銷團隊管理經驗,新創/醫療/健康相關產業尤佳
  • 5 年以上數位行銷相關經驗,操作過 App/軟體相關產品尤佳
  • 精通數位行銷操作,包含內容行銷企劃/SEO/社群/電子報
  • 良好的數據分析能力,能夠從數據中快速察覺問題,熟悉各項分析工具尤佳,如:Google Analytics/Firebase/Apps Flyer/Google Tag Manager
  • 異業合作經驗與良好的提案能力,能充分理解客戶需求,獨立打造完整的行銷合作企劃
  • 良好的中英文溝通能力與寫作能力,能指導團隊成員編寫文章、優化文案內容
  • 具備公關活動經驗,包含舉辦記者會,新聞稿撰寫與發佈
  • 良好的專案管理能力與團隊溝通技巧,能夠處理複雜的專案,並快速決策任務的優先順序
  • 以用戶為核心,專注打造對用戶有價值的內容與體驗

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience, start-up/health-care industry is a plus
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, hands-on experience in App promotion and social media management
  • Solid understanding of SEO and analytics tools for app and website, including Google Analytics/Firebase/Apps Flyer/Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to coach team members to optimize copies/proposals/blog posts, etc.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to find relevant insights from data and identify opportunities/issues in a timely manner.
  • Experienced in affiliate marketing and co-op campaigns, able to understand the partner’s needs and create comprehensive proposals.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to deal with complicated projects, identify priorities and make decisions efficiently.
  • Have a strong user-centric mentality, always focusing on creating the best experiences and meaningful content for our users.
