8.Report any food incident, or potential incident, through CASY and inform my manager. I contribute to creating a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions.
1. More than 3 years with restaurant Business managerial experience.
2. Must be qualified for Food-service Health Exam
3. Business operation, People Management, Leadership Styles, Influencing styles, Learning Styles.
4. Be willing to share knowledge and learning.
5. Good English skills in reading, witting and speaking.
6. Expertise:Strong interest in home furnishing, Trends and developments in retail and food market, Food & Beverage management, regulations concerning hygiene ( HACCP ), social hygiene, sales experience, trends and developments in production/presentation techniques.
