工作內容

Expansion
●Responsible to secure that the construction of Mechanical & Electricity system to the new IKEA store is done within budget in according to IKEAs construction standards, manuals and conceptual drawing.
●Manage the local M&E suppliers that perform the actual construction work
●Responsible to source/buy all work and services related to the Mechanical & Electricity system.
●Responsible to obtain the necessary M&E permits to enable construction of the project.
●To secure that all stores are built in according to the IKEA Conceptual drawing as handover from Inter IKEA Systems B.V.
●Organize and coordinate with the vendors for M&E construction on site and control payment to vendors by valuation of completed work.
●Plan M&E construction methods and procedures, working together with construction manager to secure the quality, construction schedule to meet IKEA standard.
●Evaluation all the M&E design change, as-build drawing and document following IKEA standard.
●Ensure the M&E handover smoothly to store in a good quality situation of construction.
●Responsible for the selection and procurement of all M&E consultant / vendors in accordance with IKEA policy.

Sustainability
●Power consumption analysis/review with store
●Energy saving planning
●Energy saving activities monitoring/coordinating with stores/vendors
●Renewable energy deployment and vendor contract formulation, solar power
●Citification- Green building, smart building

Maintenance/operation related
●Communication and coordination with 3rd party- government agencies, landlord, consultant & vendor
●Developing Standard Operating Procedures for building mechanical and electrical systems
●MEP technical support for store operation
●Maintenance works review/monitoring with stores
●Building license review/monitoring with stores, occupancy permit, interior license, fire protection
●Refurbishment, retainment project

條件要求

- Academic degree in MEP or related engineering
- Several years of experience in consulting and/or contracting
- Equivalent working experience at least 5 years.
- Previous experience of construction management on site
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
