2.負責戲劇影集項目的初步規劃，總體項目規劃及時程安排，並研究各種有創新可行性的項目。
3.負責與業界合作夥伴的聯繫及溝通。
4.負責協調各個部門間的合作溝通，掌控成本。
5.負責監督各個戲劇影集項目進度，包含劇本、演員、拍攝進度….等
1.Experience in content production and management, with previous projects produced as an independent producer or writer.
2.Knowledgeable about the rules and guidelines of content production and the real needs of local audiences.
3.With an innovative mindset that also cater to market sensitivity and having insightful vision of the general trends of serial-drama contents.
4.Good knowledge of the content production process, and can make accurate judgments, assuring the team can deliver high quality contents in production.
5.Ability to manage a team with good communication skills, and plan, organize, promote, implement, monitor and coordinate projects with wide range of network plus having good cost management skills.
