With lockdowns around the world, the COVID-19 pandemic has hit the travel industry especially hard, however KKday try our best to face the challenge, by deeping into domestic tourism, KKday successfully won the recognition of investors, and raised $75 million in Series C.

Job Responsibility
- You will play a key role in sustaining our relationships with Partners while ensuring
Partners' product quality on KKday.
- You have excellent professional customer service, communication, and project
management skills.
- Success in this position requires a strong background in Tourism, results-oriented
management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and
persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible,
entrepreneurial orientation.
- The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where
prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norms.

Account Management
- Manage accounts
– Own and manage accounts in assigned areas.
- Ensure their products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion.
- Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities with KKday).

Market
- Market intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments
- Good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends, partners’ rate structure, and pros and cons of competitors’ model.
- Identify, prioritize on-trend products to push sales.
- Review products weekly and request BD to deal with suppliers

Internal Stakeholders
- Collaborate with BD team to acquire products according to the assigned area
- Work with Marketing Team to define marketing campaigns/promotions to maximize ROI (i.e Customer Acquisition, GMV, Profit Growth)

Report and analyze
- Follow the plan from the line manager and/or top management, implement, and monitor KPI.
- Analyze and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities with the team

- You have a strong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 year)
- You are highly effective in communication and influencing skills with fluency in
both English and Thai (for Thailand)
- You have exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people
- You are data-driven, attention to detail
- You have high energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative
- You have strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- You have strong demonstrated independence skills and the ability to spearhead
initiatives & succeed in a fast pace, startup environment
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues when
needed
- You have a strong passion for travel

NT$ 28,000 - 36,000 (月薪)
