Responsible for your destination(s) and key performance metrics as below
- Strategic planning of your destination.
- Revenue Growth and recovery of your destination in all markets
- Product optimization and quality
- Customer Satisfaction
- Develop and execute the best product to KKday from start to end: Product research, negotiating for the best deal and conditions, onboarding process.
- Keep the relationship with key partner to access more new possibilities
- Keeping up with, and being the contact person for your destination’s market landscape - including tourism trends and competition
- Shapes the in-destination experience by negotiating for the best possible deal and conditions for our customers
- Find potential possibilities from existing products
- More strategic plan with the Marketing team
【Desired Qualities and Qualifications】
- At least 3 years of experience, with a track of exceeding sales targets, ideally with a background in the tourism/e-commerce/OTA supply environment.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin
- Highly autonomous and self-driven
- Globally Minded
