【Job Description】

1. Managing the daily running of the call center, maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance and identifying and resolving problems.

2. Provide regular coaching and feedback, and have a deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities

3. Actively monitor customer service trends to make necessary improvements, and assist your team in developing appropriate standards and processes to continuously elevate the overall service experience.

4. Must be observant, in which pays close attention to details, sharp enough to identify customer problems then come up with solutions.

5. Accomplishes customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees

【Requirement】

1. At least 5 years of customer service related industry

2. Minimum of 2 years of call center management experience.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain calm under pressure.

4. Past customer service experiences in traveling, E-commerce, or other overseas work

  experience is preferred.

5. Proficient in listening, writing and speaking in english.

6. System project management is plus.
