1. Cultivate and source new online partnerships and business development opportunities to drive traffic and new customers.
2. Support the monthly promotional campaigns with appropriate partnership and affiliate marketing activities.
3. Analyze all affiliate & partnerships activities to understand the detailed performance and effectiveness of each campaign.
4. Manage and develop affiliate partners, and optimize existing affiliates’ performance to boost the sales revenue.
5. Monitor affiliate feeds & work closely with the technical team to improve processes.
6. Update reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, purchasing patterns and website traffic to optimize.
Who you are
1. Demonstrable passion for e-commerce marketing and affiliates, with at least 1 or more years working in affiliate marketing.
2. Proven track record of running successful & efficient affiliate campaigns.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Good presentation skills.
5. Must have excellent analytic and problem solving skills with an intermediate/advanced knowledge of excel.
6. Confident in data Analytics, affiliate network interfaces & product feeds.
7. Self-motivated and result-oriented; open minded and flexible at work.
