工作內容

[Responsibilities]
- Assist in daily payroll management and processes
- Assist in compensation and benefits-related programs: Annual merit increase/ bonus programs and etc.
- Assist in reviewing/developing global compensation policy to regions, ensure they understand HQ purposes and procedures and be regarded as ONE HR
- Prepare regular compensation-related reports for management review
- Coordinate and participates in compensation and benefits surveys
- Work closely with HPBP and support employees on day-to-day C&B needs and inquires
- Assist in ad hoc C&B related requests

[Qualifications]
- 3-5 years of working experience with solid C&B skills (including payroll)
- With knowledge of labor legislation, market best practices and policies
- Strong analytical thinking with goa od numerical sense
- Strong adaptability and flexibility skills in a fast-changing and high-demanding work environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
