In your role as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement social media strategies, initiatives, and projects for the world’s leading SaaS company. You will be tasked with nurturing brand loyalty, fostering advocacy, and actively building a sense of community.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain our social media platform presence
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations
- Communicate with fans, followers, and users through social media. Provide timely responses to inquiries
- Handle our social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Develop relevant, creative and engaging social media content (editorials, photos, videos, etc.) across multiple platforms and provide guidance on developing new content as needed
- Implement social media plans, calendars, and content strategies, focusing on setting goals, defining metrics, identifying audiences, and implementing strategies with the marketing team
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using tools and report on a regular/campaign basis
- Develop strategies to integrate & align social opportunities across the business and with partners in order to build fans and drive acquisition
- Coordinate content delivery across multiple platforms with the marketing team
- Assist in identifying user-generated content (UGC) and engaging with content creators (through community management and social listening).
