We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team!
The desired candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing PR campaigns with the goal of enhancing the company's image among employees, clients, potential customers, influencers, and the public.
【Responsibilities】
．Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategies for both products and the brand.
．Maintain an understanding of the SaaS industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends.
．Create blog posts, direct electronic marketing, press releases, social media, and other online content to present our company and products clearly and professionally.
．Develop PR & CSR campaign strategies and identify short and long-term campaigns that positively impact brand awareness and sales.
．Liaise with product marketing, investor relations, and other departments to define messaging for press releases and corporate statements.
．Identify, monitor and operate with data-driven metrics to measure and improve our outreach.
．Coordinate and support events, including press conferences, exhibitions, and media interviews.
．Participate in crisis communications, helping deliver transparent messages that enhance community trust.
．Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
【Requirements】
．At least 2 years of work experience in a public relations capacity, either in-house or at an agency.
．Working experience as a Public Relations Specialist or Community Manager.
．Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing, communications, computer science or related field.
．A proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
．Excellent communication and presentation skills.
．Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
【Preferred Qualifications】
．Strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English are required.
．Possess strong relationships and network of media contacts (experience working with international media is a huge plus).
．Ability to analyze data and market insights to find appealing news angles.
．Proactive, creative, team player, with excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
．Proficient with various marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, etc).
．Experience and understanding of the SaaS or IT industry are preferable.
．Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
．Have a genuine desire to collaborate within and outside your own work area to achieve business goals, share knowledge and skills, and promote cross-functional teamwork.
．Ability to think, plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
