【What will you do?】
The over-arching goal of Assistant Growth Manager is to successfully promote our company to a wider audience through various automation techniques. Through various automation techniques, you will expose Kdan Mobile’s products and service offerings to a wider audience; enhance Kdan Mobile’s brand image; increase media outreach and create trending opinions in targeted industries; identify and craft market intelligence that fosters marketing campaigns; and accelerate revenue growth.
• Directly report to COO.
• Collaborate with staff in Design, Marketing, and Engineering and work closely with company leadership to identify areas of improvement that will directly impact the bottom line of the company.
• This position also serves as an integral part of a highly-analytical and data-driven team.
【Who are we looking for?】
We are looking for an Assistant Growth Manager who is well versed in growth hacking strategies in the internet era.
• Be well versed in SEO and ASO strategies and comfortable with industry techniques required to increase web traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics to achieve sales goals.
• Identify external constituents as potential partners that will increase the outreach and enhance Kdan Mobile’s brand image which lead to revenue growth .
• Utilize strong analytical ability to establish, measure and review performance matrices in relation to digital marketing efforts.
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Bachelor degree from a four-year accredited institution in business, computer science, or IT related fields, Masters degree strongly preferred.
• Three years relevant experience in IT, computer software or hardware, e-commerce, or publishing industry.
