(Senior) People Operations Advisor

工作內容

As part of the People Operations Advisory Team reporting to the Lead Business Partner in Taiwan, you’re one of the key members to bring positive impact to our employee experience and employee engagement through your interaction with them. Your success will be in providing exceptional People Services to Klookers in all our offices globally.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • You will be the key member to support and manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, getting them set-up with payroll & benefits, people movement (employee promotion / transfer) to offboarding
  • Act as the People Operations Advisor and provide professional advice to Klookers on people processes in all aspects of HR including people operations, benefits administration, policies, HR system / tools and compliance
  • Participate in various People Programs and Projects which will bring positive impact to overall employee experience
  • Participate in the review and revamp project of our current payroll & benefits administrations to improve operations efficiency as well as ensure the processes are legally compliant
  • Update our employee information in HRIS and manage employee’s personal file to ensure the data accuracy and all documents are properly kept
  • Support employment visa application process and relocation arrangement in relations to employee transfer
  • Support implementation and provide troubleshooting to the use of HRIS and tools
  • Provide support in new People / HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR support whenever necessary

What you’ll need

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations
  • Having worked in a fast-paced or startup environment will be beneficial
  • High learning agility, can-do attitude, detail-oriented and a good team player
  • Exhibit high problem solving skills and willingness to adapt to changes
  • Excellent language (English and Chinese) and communications skills. Experienced in working with diverse cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and respond to the needs of the business and employees
  • Excellent skills in using google applications (Google doc, sheet & drive) & MS office applications
  • Experienced in using Workday is highly preferred
  • Passionate in creating amazing employee experience and culture in a global working environment
