What you'll do :
Provide remote and onsite support to North Asia regional offices (Taiwan & Korea) , including the handling of the incident reported by users and undertake the daily support of IT systems
Perform system monitoring and ensure infrastructure & network health.
Manage IT inventory record and IT Asset management
Coordinate with IT Manager and internal IT team on projects testing and implementation.
Develop automation for maximuning productivity and standardisation
Collaborate with local OX to build a user friendly office experience
What you’ll need :
A minimum of 4 years of working experience and 2 years of frontline support, preferably in Tech startup enviroment
Good command of English and Chinese
SOLID experience in mixed endpoint management (MAC + WIN), Networking (Fortigate Firewall, Ruckus Wifi system and Meeting room equipment.
Familiar with Google workspace, MDM, SSO as well as SaaS technology
Knowledge in Scripting and Automation is an advantage
