We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join the team here in Taiwan. You will be responsible for attracting travel lovers, bloggers, KOL, and others who they will share information on their own SNS, managing these KOLs relationship, and helping these KOL to create good performance on affiliate marketing.
What you’ll do：
● Manage existing content and affiliate partnerships to achieve traffic, leads, revenue and margins goals for the channel.
● Identify and recruit new affiliates and affiliate networks that would drive qualified high-quality traffic/leads across Klook.
● Co-work with MKT/BD/product content/customer service team to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.
● Analyze campaign activities to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
● Keep up to date on affiliate Industry trends and developments.
● Management of the monthly billing operations with internal finance team and vendors.
● Present regular analytics and reporting around business development pipeline, performance on existing affiliates.
● Act as key person for all affiliate related questions/communications.
● Negotiate and manage agreements and commission structures, promotions.
What you’ll need：
● At least 3 years working experience in managing affiliate channel and influencers' relation.
● Natural partner / KOL engagement skills with the ability to develop rapport and translate established relationships to programs that impact the business.
● Good command of Excel, especially Pivot Report.
● Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
● Strong organizational & presentation skills, creative and strong graphic sense.
● Detail-oriented, problem solving skills, great passion of marketing related tasks.
● Comfortable with startup’s fast-paced environment.
● Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background.
● A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
