What you'll do：
Collaborate with Commercial and Product Management teams to design & deliver new product features
Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness of end to end software platform product offerings
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis relating to operational functions, workflow, processes, and other business related issues
Identify and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions
Presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely
Monitor the key metrics of platform performance
Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements

What you'll need：
BS / BA degree
6 years software experience -design, business analyst, implementation, training
Experience in prototype, pilot run, new system launch or major upgrade
Experience in ERP, e-Commerce or Software for Retail/Volume transactions is mandatory
Strong business acumen. Software development experience isn't critical in this position.
Language skill: English, Putonghua/Mandarin
