- Provide supervision and coaching to the team member ( locally and overseas )
- Perform day-to-day printing, mailing, and inventory maintenance services for physical products such as railway paper tickets, sim cards etc
- Use merchant booking systems (in English) to perform ticketing functions
-Work with customer service team to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues
-Work with merchants and logistics partners worldwide to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- 1-2 years working experience
- Good language (English, Mandarin) and communications skills
- Solid knowledge of Google tools (Google Sheet / Google Doc / Gmail)
- Eager to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
- Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; analyze information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
- Experience in travel product ticketing and logistics fulfillment is a plus
