工作內容

What you’ll do

Assist the team on building merchant engagement materials
Preparing QMS dashboard derived reports and other data analysis for account managers in relation to service level
Monitor tracking system on merchant service level performance
Drive adoption and organize training on Klook technology solutions for merchants to improve efficiency
Project implementation to improve merchant service standards for all types of products on our platform
Complete tasks assigned by BLM

條件要求

What you’ll need

Diploma or Bachelor degree in hospitality, business management or marketing preferred
Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin.
Spend 3-5 full days per week working in Klook. Be viable to work 5 days is a plus
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Attention to details
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
