What you’ll do
- Have a passion or experience for the entertainment/events industry (Concerts, Music Festivals, Sports + E-Sports, Arts & Theatre, Exhibitions)
- Knowledge or connections in the events industry globally or at least APAC is a plus
- Able to handle on-ground operations at event venues occasionally including weekends
- Able to react spontaneously with accuracy to the ever-volatile events industry
- Assist BD team on activity onboarding procedures as well as collecting merchant information (contract signing, photos, itinerary, etc)
- In charge of merchant training
- Helping the team with contacting of new merchants
- Assist the team on building merchant engagement materials
- Collect and analyze booking data
- Complete tasks assigned by Business Line Manager

What you’ll need
Diploma or Bachelor degree in hospitality, business management or marketing preferred
Spend 3-5 full days per week working in Klook. Be viable to work 5 days is a plus
Fluent written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
