Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product manager to scope product roadmap and technical development
2. Take ownership of backend and frontend task breakdown and ensure they are rigorous and accurate for team collaboration
3. Educate the team and be an advocate for best engineering practices
4. Be ready to dive into issues and provide solutions related to backend collaborations
5. Collaborate with QA Engineer to ensure QA process is adhered to
6. Leads and mentor the team to establish strong team rapport as well as team performance

1. Master Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
2. At least 5 years industry experience
3. Proficient with the software development lifecycle, including backend, frontend and full stack development
4. Deep knowledge in full stack development, including Javascript, Django, Python, HTML, CSS, frontend frameworks (React, Redux, Angular etc) and web frameworks (Django, Ruby on Rails, Spring, Nodejs, etc)
5. Familiar with Scrum development approach
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for composing and delivering technical presentations and/or other forms of documentation to various level of technical and non-technical management
7. Extensive experience in technical leadership of full stack development teams
