As we’re extending our Taipei Team, you’ll be mainly responsible for hiring and help establish employee management ground rules such as annual salary raise design, bonus design, and organization structure design, and also benefit including health examination, etc. You might also need to help to support some tech meetups and tech conferences since there’re many talents there seeking for job opportunities. Moreover, we would like to have regular employee consultation one on one with HR to help strengthen communication efficiency.
Besides our R&D and Business team, we're also growing our labeler team to fulfill the ultimate auto-labeling goal. Hence, your assignment is to be responsible for contractor hiring; you will also have the chance to arrange and conduct interviews for some critical positions. There are other diversified hiring projects for you to take lead or participate, including (1) Rebuild After PhDs' Industrial Skill and Expertise & (2) Research and Development Substitute Services.
