Sr. Backend Engineer 資深後端工程師

We are looking for an experienced back-end developer and a self-starter to join us. The person in this role will be the tech genius behind LucidPix and will help improve performance, stability, scalability and reliability.

You will play a critical role in making LucidPix and our AI platform outperform others as the world class services should be and growing with our worldwide customers' feedback. You will collaborate closely with CEO, CTO, engineering teams (Silicon Valley and Taiwan), design teams, and business teams.

LucidPix's AI model enables any kinds of smartphones generate 3D photos/videos using multimillion 3D datasets processing at the edge efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Work on our core product (LucidPix, which uses Ruby on Rails) to build out cloud infrastructure for users to backup their 3D photo creations.
• Develop systems with attention to performance, stability, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team (including designers, marketing manager, BD and PM) to create new features for users.
• Have opportunities to work on new applications (e.g. using Golang and Node.js)

1. 負責以Ruby on Rails 或 Python 周邊技術為主的 web 服務的技術選型、架構設計。
2. 負責建立高頻處理服務流程、高信賴性的調整優化系統。
3. 新技術、工具的探索、研究和應用。
4. 實踐微服務架構設計。
5. 透過建立後台強化 AI model implementation & AI pipeline for image data labeling

• Experience working with Ruby on Rails (or Node.js or equivalent).

• Familiar with Html/CSS/JavaScript (knowledge of front-end framework is a plus, like ReactJS/AngularJS/VueJS).

• Passionate about solving challenging problems, and developing fast, reliable and robust APIs.

• Experience with Continuous Integration. • Bold but cautious.

操作git(rebase 解 conflict、reset 整理 commit、stash、cherry-pick...)

．熟悉 Rails 從 middleware 到 server deploy 都接觸並實作過。

．熟悉 meta programming、redis、sidekiq、Rspec

．了解 websocket、網站效能、資安防護, 熟悉AWS、GCP, 熟悉DevOps
