MaiCoin's mission is empowering the self-sovereign individual through blockchain technology. As a Product Manager who work with teams of engineers / designers to build products. We are looking for entrepreneurial trait of Product Managers to help innovate / execute product initiatives across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
* Own the customer experience on both MaiCoin and MAX(MaiCoin Asset Exchange) from onboarding to digital currency trading.
* Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
* Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers
* Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years product management or product design experience
* 1+ years of experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products.
* Organizational and analytical skills
* The ability to lead through influence and inspire those around you
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience with blockchain technology and digital currency
* Experience with exchanges or other relevant financial services
