1. Perform scheduled configuration changes to network switches and routers, firewalls and wireless devices.
2. Identify network issues and determine and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Participate in rotating on call schedule with other members of the team.
4. Provide quality documentation and deliver presentations about network issues, updates, troubleshooting techniques, etc.
- Maintain network device, network configuration and high levels of service continuity
- Support infrastructure daily job (system backup, account management and asset management)
- Perform network operation of configuration, capacity, access, performance and security management-

- Bachelor degree or above in computer engineering/computer science or related fields.
- Experience with Identity Management or Directory Services (LDAP, AD).
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Experience with Shell Script and at least 1 script language. (e.g Python)
- Experience with Industry security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).
- Knowledge of fundamental networking technologies and protocols (ARP, Ethernet, DHCP, IPSec, WiFi standards, routing protocols, DNS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
- Knowledge of networks and computer hardware architecture, including maintenance and repair.

- Experiment with database internals, database language theories, database design, SQL and database programming.
- Expert in scalable networking design, including high availability, redundancy, failover, and load balancing.
- Expert with Docker container solution.
