工作內容

In this role, you will be the voice of MotionElements and is responsible for communicating with the contributors / sellers in our Marketplace, whom we affectionately call as “Artists”.

Working with our global team from Singapore, Korea, Taiwan and Japan, you will be responsible for providing superior service and creating memorable and amazing experiences with our Artists.

Responsibilities:
Actively manage the happiness of our Artists
Send edms/messages to those who have opted in for edms/messages.
Respond to and resolve inbound Artists issues via emails
Evangelize MotionElements and have fun!

條件要求

What we’re looking for:
•BS/MS degree
•Good writing and communication skills in English
•2+ years experience in Customer Service or Account Management role
•Startup DNA: A quick learner and fast on their feet, highly collaborative, always interested in learning
•Strong relationship building skills and a clear communicator
•Effective problem-solving skills
•Familiar with cloud services, e.g. Zendesk, Google Drive

Bonus (but not required):
•Passion for Videos
•Writing and communication skills in Japanese or Korean

薪資範圍

NT$ 30,000 - 50,000 (月薪)
