You’ll be working together with; be it business development, customer success team, IT team to facilitate the communication of the company’s initiatives to our users and public.
An understanding of the creative / media industry at large will be helpful to your work-scope as you will be communicating to production house and advertising agency producers, marketers and creative professionals such as motion graphics designers, editors and vfx creators.
Your target audience:-
- Our artist community: You will help to share our latest initiatives to better help and engage our artists to motivate them to sell smarter, create better content and of course, retain them for longer.
- Our buyers: You will be responsible for designing and developing strategic communications and digital content through our edms, blog and website aimed at informing our buyer community.
Responsibilities:
- Create effective and customised, trackable email marketing campaigns:-
to share our new initiatives, workflow and tech improvements,
and to promote our latest products and services
- Ensure edms/messages are sent in proper formats, templates and are mobile-friendly.
- Send edms/messages to those who have opted in for edms/messages.
Curate visual content for promotion / sharing on our edms, blog and website.
Requirements:
- Passion for storytelling and good English copywriting skills - ability to quickly churn out high quality content that empowers, engages and educates our community. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is a bonus.
- At least 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or relevant field.
- Experience working with a video communication channel and skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to curate trend-setting visuals and love of all things visual.
- Have a working knowledge of email marketing tools.
Bonus:
- Experience with video editing
- Experience with corporate communications
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language, e.g. Japanese, Korean
