工作內容
【你的主要職責】
- 行程管理:統籌旅遊行程細節,包含交通、住宿、景點與活動安排。
- 內外協調:與導遊、供應商、旅客保持高效溝通,解決問題。
- 成本與預算控管:精準掌握行程成本,確保團隊效益最大化。
- 行程文件處理:製作與確認相關文件,如團體行程表與旅遊資訊。
- 旅遊服務優化:分析過往出團經驗,持續改進作業流程與服務品質。

- 穩定性高,會與導遊/司機/旅客大量溝通和協調
- 危機處理 (客訴/旅客受傷/旅客迷路)
- 靈活變通,邏輯反應靈敏
【必要條件】
.日語精通,台湾では日本人もOK
.中文可正常溝通、英語中等
・熟悉東京和周邊地區

Main Responsibilities
- Itinerary Management: Coordinate all travel details, including transportation, accommodation, attractions, and activity arrangements.
- Internal & External Coordination: Communicate efficiently with guides, suppliers, and travelers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
- Cost & Budget Control: Monitor itinerary costs accurately to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Travel Documentation: Prepare and confirm travel-related documents such as itineraries and traveler information.
- Service Optimization: Analyze past tour operations and continuously improve workflows and service quality.
Challenges of the Role
- High level of stability required, with frequent communication and coordination with guides, drivers, and travelers.
- Crisis management (complaints, traveler injuries, lost travelers, etc.).
- Requires flexibility, quick thinking, and strong logical problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (Japanese nationals based in Taiwan are welcome).
- Able to communicate in Chinese; intermediate English proficiency.
- Familiar with Tokyo and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a travel agency is a plus.
