工作內容

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the concept, design, and production of assigned design materials for print collateral, web pages, campaigns, social media, etc., for various internal and external projects.

As part of the design team, this position will develop concepts, improvements, processes, and solutions based on customer-focused design principles to yield strong design materials that drive advanced enterprise brands. The graphic designer must complete all projects to meet predetermined deadlines and budgets.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work closely with marketing, design, PD, BD, and other strategic partners to design and produce individual projects, including concept development, production, and final execution of layout for both digital and print materials.
  • Organize content within a layout, suggest improvements as needed and present the final layout to the assigned senior designer or design manager for approval; create finished artwork or prepare instructions and electronic files for final output or vendor.
  • Recommend research and develops imagery to support creative strategy and execution. Assists in updating and organizing the digital asset management system.
  • Support and demonstrates corporate brand knowledge and ensures brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions for consistency.
  • Act as an ambassador for the marketing department objectives and point of view on corporate brand and its visual identity.
  • Support the on-boarding of new team members.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Nice proficiency on Mac platform and design-related programs and content management systems, including:
    •  Indesign
    •  Illustrator
    •  Figma or Sketch
    •  Photoshop
  • Demonstrated portfolio experience that shows the ability to create materials that are impactful and drive customer experience and sales results.
