Nüli app is the top female fitness app in Taiwan and Hong Kong.  Last year, we won Google Play’s best overall app and best personal growth app of 2020 for the Taiwan/HK region.  We were also featured by Apple for International Women’s Day.  We are determined to become the top female fitness brand in Asia, and we want YOU to help get us there.

This position is NOT for the average person who just wants to follow orders and work a simple 9-5 job.  If that is you, don’t even think about applying.

Your role:
As the marketing director you will be given complete freedom and responsibility for creating and leading our marketing efforts.  Your key objective will be to grow our 7-figure company to 8-figures and beyond in the next 3 years.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize and improve marketing campaigns
• Lead and work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns to drive company KPIs
• Oversee the hiring of any additional team members/freelancers/agencies to help achieve our marketing goals
• Lead our expansion into Mainland China 
   

Professional Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a marketing director for an 8-figure (or higher) company
• Extensive experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Google, YouTube
• Live and breathe social media, KOLs, email, partnerships, and SEO marketing
• Deep understanding of web and mobile analytics 
• Thorough understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing
• (bonus) Experience with marketing on China social media platforms

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent speaking and written English and Chinese ability
• Not afraid to fail
