你的角色

身為銷售經理,你將負責帶領課程銷售顧問團隊,持續優化轉換流程、話術策略與團隊表現,提升整體銷售成效。你會透過數據追蹤、流程優化與團隊訓練,幫助更多潛在客戶,引導她們加入我們的線上1-1增肌減脂課程,並在第一時間感受到被理解、被支持、被鼓勵的力量。

我們對你的期望:

  1. 提升整體業績轉換率,優化銷售流程與策略:定期分析工作坊與一對一銷售諮詢的報名、出席、成交等數據,找出轉換瓶頸, 並帶領團隊持續優化銷售策略與成交流程,達成公司設定的業績目標。
  2. 協助銷售顧問成長,打造高績效團隊:針對轉換率落後的顧問進行一對一訓練與回饋,統整高績效話術與流程,建立訓練的 SOP 與架構,協助整體團隊穩定提升。
  3. 跨部門合作,提升潛在客戶質量與預熱效率:與行銷團隊密切合作,主動回饋第一線觀察與轉換數據,優化報名頁面、LINE預熱訊息與廣告文案,提升報名意願與出席率。
  4. 善用數據做決策,精準追蹤轉換效益:管理 CRM 系統紀錄,定期彙整關鍵數據(報名、出席、成交、退費等),建立定期數據報表儀表板,供團隊與管理層參考,針對關鍵指標設計行動方案。
  5. 追蹤及降低退費率,提升客戶整體體驗:深入分析退費原因與檢視銷售溝通品質,主動優化顧客旅程中關鍵溝通環節,提升客戶滿意度與信任感。
  6. 招募與管理課程銷售顧問團隊:參與人才招募流程,設定入職90天內具體績效目標與是否適任的評估點,定期提供回饋與指導,確保新進人員順利適應並融入團隊節奏。
  7. 建立高信任、高效能的團隊文化:鼓勵團隊彼此回饋與支持,營造持續學習氛圍,並以身作則展現 Nuli 的核心文化與價值。

基本要求

  1. 銷售與管理經驗: 具備至少 3 年顧問式銷售或相關經驗,及1 年以上管理經驗(包含帶領、輔導團隊或建立流程等經驗);若具備線上銷售經驗及健身、健康、教育或服務型產業經驗尤佳。
  2. 數據分析與策略制定: 能分析轉換率、出席率、退費率等指標,並設定可執行的優化策略。
  3. 流程優化與系統建構: 能統整流程,設計 SOP 與訓練系統,推動團隊穩定擴張。
  4. 跨部門合作溝通: 能與行銷、客服、教練等部門順暢溝通,並整合跨部門資源推動專案。
  5. 團隊管理與引導能力: 能敏銳掌握團隊狀態,針對個別挑戰提供具策略性與執行力的回饋,帶領團隊持續突破銷售能力並穩定成長;同時擅長建立高信任、高互動的團隊氛圍,打造有責任感、學習動能強、追求卓越的高績效團隊。
  6. 語言能力: 中文為母語,具備良好的邏輯與清晰表達能力;英文具備基本工作溝通所需的聽力閱讀與書寫能力,有良好口說能力者加分。

Our journey to make Nuli a fitness household name across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia has only just begun. That’s why we want you to join us as our Sales Manager.

 

Your Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead our Sales Closer team to continuously improve conversion strategies, sales scripts, and overall performance. Through data, systems, and coaching, you’ll help more women join our 1-on-1 online coaching program — ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered from the first conversation.

What You’ll Do

  1. Improve conversion rates and optimize sales strategies: Regularly analyze key metrics from webinars and 1 on 1 sales calls (e.g., sign-up, attendance, conversion), identify bottlenecks, and lead the team in refining strategies and closing processes to meet revenue targets.

  2. Coach and grow a high-performing team: Provide 1 on 1 training and feedback for Sales Closers with lower conversion rates. Document and share best practices and sales scripts, build structured SOPs and training systems, and help the whole team grow steadily.

  3. Collaborate across teams to improve lead quality and engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to share front-line insights and data. Help refine landing pages, LINE messaging, and ad copy to increase lead quality, sign-up rates, and webinar attendance.

  4. Use data to drive decisions and track conversion effectiveness: Manage CRM records and regularly compile key performance reports (e.g., sign-ups, attendance, conversion, refunds). Build dashboards to inform the team and leadership, and develop data-driven action plans.

  5. Monitor and reduce refund rates, improve customer experience: Analyze refund reasons and evaluate sales communication quality. Proactively improve key touch points in the customer journey to increase satisfaction and trust.

  6. Recruit and lead the Sales Closer team: Participate in hiring, set clear performance goals and review checkpoints for the first 90 days, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure new hires are successfully onboarded and aligned with the team’s pace.

  7. Foster a culture of trust and performance: Encourage peer feedback and team support, cultivate a growth-minded culture, and lead by example in embodying Nuli’s values and core behaviors.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  1. Sales & Management Experience: At least 3 years of consultative sales experience and 1+ year in a leadership role (coaching, managing, or process building). Experience in online sales or in fitness, wellness, education, or service industries is a plus.
  2. Data Analysis & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze key metrics such as conversion rate, attendance rate, and refund rate, and develop actionable optimization strategies.
  3. Process Optimization & System Building: Skilled at consolidating workflows, designing SOPs and training systems, and driving scalable team growth.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills with marketing, customer success, and coaching teams, and the ability to integrate cross-team resources to drive initiatives forward.
  5. Team Leadership & Coaching Abilities: Sensitive to team dynamics and capable of giving strategic, actionable feedback to help members overcome challenges. Able to lead the team to consistently improve performance and foster a high-trust, high-engagement environment that promotes accountability, learning, and excellence.
  6. Language: Native fluency in Mandarin, with clear and logical communication. English listening, reading, and writing skills sufficient for daily business use; strong speaking ability is a plus.
