• Experience debugging issues across distributed/multi-service systems; understands API integration, transactional consistency, and reliability.
• Fast learner with strong ability to retain complex business logic and full-system architecture quickly — this is also key to using AI effectively.
• Uses AI-assisted development as a daily practice: able to judge and verify AI-generated output and take ownership of the result, rather than just having code "generated."
• Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work closely with PO and partner teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Plus: hands-on experience with cross-system integration or production incident root-cause troubleshooting; quick to ramp up in complex domains.
