【Typical Accountability】
1. Manage and nurture long-term merchant relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
2. Provide backend system training and assist merchants with product optimization
3. Offer professional recommendations based on market insights and data analysis
4. Collaborate with F\&B operations team to shape partnership strategies
5. Coordinate promotional campaigns and invite merchants to participate in key activities
6. Monitor account performance and continuously seek ways to boost merchant revenue

【主要職責】
1. 經營並維護商家關係,定期追蹤並優化合作成效
2. 提供後台操作訓練與系統使用協助,提升商家熟練度
3. 根據市場趨勢與數據分析提供營運建議
4. 與餐飲營運團隊合作,共同制定合作與成長策略
5. 邀請商家參與行銷活動,協助方案設計與推動
6. 監控商家營收成效,找出提升表現的機會
 

條件要求

【Essential Competencies】
1. At least 1 year of experience in account management, business development, or operations
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high empathy and patience
4. Efficient and detail-oriented multitasker with good time management
5. Independent thinker who is curious about startup operations and digital tools
6. Passionate about user experience, aesthetics, and creating delightful service journeys

【必要條件】
1. 至少一年以上客戶經營或業務開發相關經驗
2. 熟練使用 Excel、Word 等文書工具
3. 具備良好溝通與人際互動能力,有耐心與同理心
4. 做事細心有效率,能同時處理多項任務
5. 能獨立思考,對新創公司與系統產品充滿好奇
6. 喜歡觀察、優化與打造美好體驗的細節
