Web User Interface (UI) Designer for FinTech

【技能與工作內容】

▶︎ 熟悉Design tool (Adobe XD / Sketch為主 Photoshop / Illustrator為輔)
概念階段：打造符合需求且視覺質感高的設計
開發前：能依據Story需求或產品經理的流程，製作相關的Mockup...等，進行設計溝通
開發中：提供Ui Spec，組件管理維護，微動態設計，快速修改或調整設計內容
開發後：協助並產生開發所需相關文件
既有產品：優化操作 / 體驗 / 視覺 / 效能
其他視覺相關任務協助

▶︎ 清楚Web / RWD / Android / IOS設計規範

【團隊文化】
▶︎ 與研發團隊合作並且提供設計建議，擁有開放性心態，需要與不同角色(PM, F2E, RD, AM)互動溝通，並能清楚表達需求與想法。
▶︎ 擁有包容性思維與好的溝通能力，自主安排時程與工作範疇。

Key Responsibilities

• Proposing
  • Develop design solutions for different platforms.
• Designing
  • Create mockups and look-books based on demand or project managers’ needs. Support development to ensure that design intent is communicated and understood.
• Constructing
  • Create UI Spec that captures the details of UI. 
  • Update UI Spec when necessary.
  • Design Animated graphics & Micro-interactions and perform Component Management
• Supporting
  • Create supportive documents/presentations that help the interaction with stakeholders/clients to review designs and solicit feedback.
• Ensure consistency across the platform.
• Work closely and constantly with stakeholders and clients.

Desired Criteria

• Working knowledge of usability principal and techniques in Web/RWD/Android/IOS.
• Intermediate proficiency using Adobe XD/ Sketch to produce UI, prototypes, and storyboards. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong communication to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills

Typical Day in Office

• Work with cross-functional teams (including PM, F2E, RD, AM) to develop, exchange, and maintain the creative look and feel for all cross-channel communications.

Extras that are Awesome

• Strong communication, design, and creative thinking is a plus.
• Experience with programming languages HTML and HTTP. 
• Experience with APP design and development.
• Understand the pros and cons of all designs (e.g. Flat design).
• Experience with gaming UI
• Experience with Atomic Design
• Being respectful and generous at work.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Communicate to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
