In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in formulating sales strategy, driving sales growth, and leading the sales team to provide exceptional value to both our company and clients:
What you'll do:
- Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a sales growth strategy aligned with recruitment plans and business objectives, continuously refining the approach based on market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Establish ambitious sales targets and performance metrics, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Create strategic presentations for executive reviews, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Team Development and Management
- Lead and manage sales team of about 3 to 4 salespersons to successfully achieve quarterly goals.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members, providing sales materials, workshops, regular and 1 on 1 meetings to drive performance and skill growth.
- Demonstrate strong sales leadership, including prospecting, pipeline management, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle, and engaging with C-level and other decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, analyze for insights, and drive the team toward targets with rigorous pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and refine sales materials and resources, ensuring they meet team needs and support Sales Enablement.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in selling enterprise software solutions or services, with 1+ year of experience in team management.
- Excellent at consultative selling.
- Ability to speak at external forums.
- Strong Collaboration and Networking skills.
- Digital knowledge (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Profound understanding of B2B SaaS Sales Management role.
- Able to build long-lasting relationships with key merchant partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in fostering collaborative relationships with C-level executives, showcasing an ability to engage effectively at the highest organizational levels.
