About the role

Business Development is one of the key functions to drive growth for our business. The team aims to establish strong relationships with clientele in the F&B industry and bring them onboard as our restaurant partners.

We have embarked on a journey where we can support more restaurants around the world than when we first started. As a Business Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and development, to pitching and closing the deal. Together with Oddle team, you will be helping us grow and expand our portfolio of restaurants across Taiwan.

What you will do

  • Build a sales pipeline of restaurant partners and subsequently acquire them
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end commercial process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals for both inbound and outbound leads
  • Oversee the full onboarding process of restaurants from sign-up stage to going live
  • Ensure restaurants have completed the activation checklist before handing over to an account manager
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including onboarding, marketing, operations, support, etc in the process of your delivery

條件要求

Who you are

  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in F&B industry will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince
  • Strongly disciplined, determined and results-driven
  • Highly self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
  • Possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • Work well under pressure and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
