As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle. You will be joining our pioneer team to expand our market in Taiwan (Taipei city) to the next level.

What you will do

  • Develop sales & acquisition strategy and targets for various products, and be responsible for the country’s sales target;
  • Conduct market & competitive landscape research to gain market insights, identify target merchants and build a sales pipeline;
  • Design the targets for the sales team, and subsequently lead and drive the team for acquisition efforts to achieve the set targets;
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals for both inbound and outbound leads;
  • Work closely and collaborate with other team members to ensure best-in class end-to-end sales and post-sales service, from sign-up to going live;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including onboarding, marketing, operations, support, etc in the process of your delivery.

Who you are

  • 4-5 years+ of business development/sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement. Experience in the F&B, eCommerce or Tech industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong sales management and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince
  • Strongly disciplined, determined and results-driven
  • Highly self-driven and self-motivated with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
  • Possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • Work well under pressure and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
