About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Taiwan team, our biggest market in the region, as we're bringing Oddle's position in Taiwan to the next level. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.

As our Account Manager, you will play one of the most integral aspects of Oddle's mission - to become the tech partner of choice for restaurants to grow their sales. Your expertise as Oddle's ambassador will help our restaurants grow their business and strengthen Oddle's relationships with restaurant owners in the F&B community.

You want to learn the in & out of the F&B tech industry in Taiwan, to leverage on or build your network with the humans of F&B. You care about the impact that you and the company can influence on restaurant partners that entrust their business to us.

What you will do:

-Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop GMV growth strategies
-Engage with merchants periodically to analyse and gain insights of their performance, identify gaps or opportunities, optimise their Oddle Shop to grow their sales
-Market and cross-sell company's new products/services of our new business vertical, as well as improve new product adoption
-Protect revenue lost by reducing churn, and grow new revenue by getting merchants onboard with our marketing campaigns and/or other company-wide initiatives
-Assist merchants in day-to-day operational queries
-Periodically review engagement strategies, keep abreast of internal product offerings and knowledge as well as those of competitors

Who we're looking for:

-A Degree holder in business or related
-At least 3-4 years of business development/sales/client account management/customer success experience with a proven track record of success in the role
-Knowledge or experience in a SaaS / Food Tech / eCommerce industry is an advantage
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships is your forte
-Strong business acumen, a critical thinker who is able to challenge ideas for the better
-Sound analytical thinking, a sound ability to decipher data and make data-driven decisions
-A self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly agile environment
-An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-started, resourceful, able to drive actions and inspire people around you
-Possess a great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
