Oddle started in 2014 as a white-label e-commerce platform and software that enabled restaurants to build their own store online with instant connectivity to local logistics partners. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play an essential part of the team and set the foundational step toward a successful journey for our restaurants.


What you will be doing

- Manage and kickstart the relationships with merchants to drive overall merchants' health and growth
- Onboard new merchants on our platform with delivery and/or dine-in products, optimise their shopping carts, backend settings and set up hardware devices to ensure that they go live with the highest conversion
- Activate merchants by linking their social media and website to the channels established on our platform to drive traffic
- Review merchants' performance, and conduct training for merchants on how to use and maximize our products
- Establish close relationships with merchants to gain insights of their business, and advise merchants on GMV growth strategies
- Provide excellent support to merchants and ensure a satisfactory Oddle experience

Who we are looking for

- 1+ years of experience in operations or customer management roles, preferably in customer services, e-commerce or online marketplace
- You have excellent project and relationship management skill 
- You're able to effectively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders, both verbally and written
- You're tech-savvy and able to maneuver various technical systems
- You're able to think critically and the confidence to act on your ideas
- You take pride in your work and are able to produce high-standard deliverables within a short turnaround time

It'd be advantageous if you have

- Familiarity with F&B industry
- Data-analytical skills – ability to draw conclusions and take actions from data analysis
- Prior start-up working experience – someone who is entrepreneurial and that's not afraid to work independently when required
